Talarik Creek Fly Fishing

The 2nd most popular fly fishing river in Alaska.

Southwest of Anchorage near Iliamna, the lower Talarik Creek is a short canal stocked with huge rainbow trout. The channel was cut by the Army Corps of Engineers.

Overall, Talarik Creek is the 2nd most popular fly fishing river of all 18 fly fishing spots in Alaska.
