To reach the Public Fishing Access for fly fishing on the East Prong Roaring River from US77, take U. S. 21 north toward Sparta. Go approximately 5-6 miles and turn left on SR 1002 (Traphill Road). Go 5 miles to SR 1784 (John P. Frank Highway) and take it into Stone Mountain State Park.
