Sustut River Fly Fishing
The 16th most popular fly fishing river in British Columbia.

Northwest of Prince George in the Omineca Mountains, the fly fishing on the Sustut River is popular for its steelhead runs. The Sustut River runs 150 miles from the headwaters at Johansen Lake down to the Skeena River confluence. Most of the steelhead are over 12 pounds.
Many of the fly fishermen use the town of Smithers as a base.
Overall, Sustut River is the 16th most popular fly fishing river of all 16 fly fishing spots in British Columbia.
